The price of any Marka Masterclass course includes all tuition fees, but students are liable for their own travel, accommodation and other costs.

Students are eligible for a full refund of the tuition fees within five working days of making payment by giving written notice (provided the online training modules have not been accessed)

If students wish to withdraw from the course after accessing the online training modules, students are eligible for a 50% refund on providing written notice of their intention to withdraw from the course (provided the collaborative online workshops element of the course has not commenced).

Once the collaborative online workshops element of the course has commenced, students are not eligible for a refund nor a transfer to a future course.

In the event of serious illness or other extenuating circumstances which prevent completion of the course, Marka Dog Training Limited may, at its own discretion, grant a partial refund or a transfer to future course, determined on a case-by-case basis.

By enrolling on any Marka Masterclass course, students agree to follow this code of conduct guidance at all times:

  • Students will attend and actively participate all in-person training courses, online training modules and collaborative online workshops that comprise the Marka Masterclass
  • Students will present themselves professionally and will act with respect to others
  • Students will act within the philosophy of fair, force-free and positive dog training, particularly in any interactions with dogs. No aversive methods are permitted, and this may be cause for dismissal from the programme.
  • Students will act honestly and will present only their own work in any assignments
  • Students will endeavour to be punctual, come prepared for the tasks at hand, be responsive to feedback, be proactive in planning and participation and be open to different points of view.
  • Students will not reproduce, share or distribute any course materials and will use materials only for their own educational use. All materials are the property of Marka Dog Training Limited.
  • Students will not engage in any activity or behaviour that endangers the health and safety of any human or animal, nor engage in any criminal activity.
  • Students will pay all fees in full in advance of the course commencement. Non-payment of fees may result in dismissal from the programme.
Students will not take any action that will result in the harm to the reputation of the Marka organisation, individual tutors, suppliers or other students. This includes refraining from any hurtful, negative or disparaging remarks about the Marka organisation or those associated with it.
  • Students (on behalf of themselves and their future estates) hereby irrevocably waive all liability to Marka Dog Training Limited (and all those working with and associated with the company) for any injury, damage, loss or other harm that occurs during the student’s involvement with Marka Dog Training Limited.
  • Any violation of the student’s obligations as set out in these terms and conditions may be grounds for dismissal from the programme.
